C2E2 is Chicago’s home of pop culture. I have had the pleasure of working with this well known and beloved brand throughout my ReedPop career. In 2018 I was tasked with creating new branding features and key art. Below are some of my favorite pieces made for the best convention in The Windy City.
The C2E2 show floor is made up of unique areas, all with specific curated content. For example one area was dedicated to local Chicago creators, another to Anime. Each area has a specific logo that would help attendees get a feel for each section.
I had the opportunity to create the 10th Anniversary logo for C2E2 (on the left) As well as secondary logo based on the price tags of vintage comic books (right)
The C2E2 Passport Program was designed to connect fans to the rich comic book store community, and promote C2E2 by allowing retailers to sell event badges directly to the community. By filling their passports, they are entered into a chance to win badges to the event.
I created the book and the stamp artwork for this program.
